The LionCopper assembly includes 1290, 1294, and 1298 East Keith Road and 785 Mountain Highway, across from North Shore Winter Club. Its publicly announced vision pairs major new housing with an affordable-housing component and a better-connected approach to growth.

Public-interest litigation

Accountability deserves a full hearing.

Graham Alexander has filed a Notice of Civil Claim in the Supreme Court of British Columbia, File No. S267293, concerning transparency, disclosure, and accountability related to the North Shore Wastewater Treatment Plant project.

The publicly released claim names the District of North Vancouver, the Province of British Columbia, and the Attorney General of Canada. It seeks, among other relief, disclosure of specified closed-door resolutions and non-disclosure agreements, an accounting of public funds, and damages stated in the claim at up to $10 billion.

These are allegations in a legal claim, not findings of fact. The Court will decide the allegations and any relief. No damages, compensation, or other outcome is guaranteed.
